I've been struggling with what I think is jock itch for over a year and a half. I've tried all sorts of oral meds and creams, and while the redness has cleared up, my entire groin, buttocks, and underarms have turned really dark. Plus, they itch sometimes. What can I do about this? Any advice would be really appreciated.
