I've been taking ashwagandha from an organic brand and I've noticed that I'm needing to pee really frequently, and this has been going on for the last year and a half. Can you suggest any solutions for this? I'm getting a bit worried about it.

This could be due to the diuretic effect of ashwagandha. I recommend stopping the ashwagandha supplement and consulting with a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

My dad has an enlarged prostate at 118cc volume and the doctor recommended HOLEP TURP bipolar surgery. All tests including ECHO are done but the report shows moderate calcific aortic stenosis. What complications could happen during or after the surgery given his heart condition?

Does having a grade 1 or grade 2 varicocele impact sperm morphology and is there any way to treat it without surgery
Yes, varicoceles, even milder ones like Grade 1 or 2, can affect sperm morphology and overall sperm quality. While surgery is a common treatment, non-surgical options like embolization are available
