I've been taking Cetirizine and I'm starting to notice some rashes on my skin. Is it possible that I could be allergic to this antihistamine? I'm a bit worried about it. Can you help me understand what's going on?

I'm a bit confused about using the Carel Solution. It contains coal tar topical solution USP and salicylic acid IP in an aqueous base, and I've been told to use it like a shampoo. Could you guide me on how exactly I should be applying it? I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use it differently than regular shampoo.
