I've been taking Ciplar 60 LA daily for the past 34 years as part of my antidepressant therapy as advised by my psychiatrist. My ECG always shows an abnormal T wave progression. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it normal in my case?

Over time, they gradually reduced it to 10mg once a day, then to 5mg, then 2.5mg, and finally half of 2.5mg because my BP stabilized. Now my doctor said I could stop taking the meds and just monitor my BP for a week. If it stays normal, I can stop the meds and just focus on a healthy lifestyle. But, if it goes up again, I might have to be on meds for life. Im worried about stopping the meds completelyis it safe to just stop like this? Could it have any serious effects on my health? What do you think?

I'm really concerned about some pain I've been experiencing. It started about four months ago with chest pain and pain in my left arm. I went to a doctor who said it might be gastric issues, but I was worried so I saw a cardiologist. They did a chest X-ray, a TMT, and an echo 2D, and everything came back negative. My relative, who's a doctor, suggested it might be muscle pain or cervical spondylosis, but I still have this persistent pain in my left arm along with a burning sensation. I've read about anxiety causing these kinds of symptoms, but the pain is also in my neck, jaw, left arm, shoulder, and chest. I'm really hoping for some clarification on what might be going on. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?
