I've been taking Meprate for my periods, but I'm still experiencing scanty ones. Is this normal? Can I expect my periods to become heavier like they used to be? How long should I wait to see changes?

Upper Back and Left Side Chest Pain

Possible Causes

  1. Musculoskeletal issues: Strained muscles, poor posture, or overuse.
  2. Respiratory problems: Pneumonia, pleurisy, or bronchitis.
  3. Gastrointestinal issues: Acid reflux, gastritis, or esophageal spasms.
  4. Cardiovascular concerns: Heart attack, angina, or pericarditis (although less likely on the left side).
  5. Other possibilities: Anxiety, stress, or costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage that connects ribs to the breastbone).

Immediate Action

  1. Consult a doctor: Schedule an appointment with your primary care physician or visit an urgent care center.
  2. Seek emergency care: If you experience severe pain, difficulty breathing, or other alarming symptoms.

Provide your doctor with details

  1. Pain characteristics: Describe the pain's severity, duration, and any triggers.
  2. Medical history: Share any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or medications.
  3. Recent activities: Mention any strenuous activities or changes in your daily routine.

I'm kind of curious about something. I've been married for a couple of years, and my husband is really into sucking my nipples for a long time, like almost every day. I do enjoy it, but sometimes it's for like an hour on each breast, and he also pinches one nipple while sucking the other. It's fun, honestly. But here's the thing: I'm wondering if there's a chance I could start producing milk even though I don't have kids yet. Does this kind of stimulation make that possible?

While nipple stimulation can trigger the release of the hormone prolactin, which plays a role in milk production, it typically requires pregnancy or recent childbirth to induce lactation. Without a pregnancy, prolonged nipple stimulation alone may not result in milk production, though it can have temporary effects like increased sensitivity or small amounts of fluid secretion. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider for more personalized advice.

I'm dealing with something that's been bugging me and could really use some advice. I was diagnosed with minor PCOD back in July 2015. My periods were delayed back then, but they eventually started happening naturally without any medication. To be on the safe side, I went ahead with PCOD treatment, and that's when my anxiety kicked in, which I find a bit confusing. So, after about three months, my ultrasound reports came back normal, and my PCOD seems to be cured. But there's this one thingmy periods are now really scanty, only bleeding for about a day. I used to bleed for around 3 days before all this started. Some people tell me it's all in my head, probably because of high stress and my anxiety disorder. It's confusing because I feel like PCOD might be the root cause of my anxiety, but now that it's supposedly cured, I'm wondering why my periods aren't normal. Any thoughts on what's going on with me?

reduce your stress. Maintain the regular diet and start doing exercises
