I've been taking steroids as a professional bodybuilder, but lately I noticed some changes in my left testicle it feels like there are extra veins or something. I looked it up and think it might be testicular varicocele, but I'm not sure. Could the steroids be causing this? Doctors always warn against steroids, but it's part of my job, so I can't stop. I know the risks, but this issue has me worried. Does varicocele need surgery, or can it heal on its own?

Get an Ultrasound and Doppler study of scrotum. Steroid has nothing to do with varicocele but it is possible due to heavy weight lifting. Please clarify what steroid you are taking. If corticosteroid like dexona, betnesol stop it gradually over many months. If testosterone or other anabolic steroid you can maintain these provided considering risk of infertility.

My cousin has a liver stone and we're wondering if robotic surgery could be an option for this. We're based in Delhi and have all the test reports ready. Could you advise if this condition might need robotic surgery and if we should bring the patient along with the reports for a consultation?
Liver stone can be treated by ERCP or laparoscopic/robotic surgery if accessible; bring all reports to GI surgeon in Delhi for confirmation.

I've been noticing extra skin around my penis and sometimes there's a white substance forming around it. Is this something that might need surgery to fix or is there another way to handle it? I'm a bit worried about what's going on
