I've been diagnosed with LPP after a biopsy, and I'm dealing with black pigmentation on my face, underarms, and neck. At first, I didn't think much of it, but it's been spreading. I've been on medication for about six months now, using tacrolimus ointment since September 2016, and I did phototherapy for a while. But after phototherapy, my skin got so dry and dark that I just had to stop because it was really getting me down. My new doctor prescribed me Depiwhite and Pynomax TX cream for alternate nights and xamic tablets for a month. The thing is, when I looked up xamic, it seems to be meant for stopping excessive menstrual bleeding, but my periods are pretty regular, so I'm kind of worried about taking it. Could you please offer some advice on what I should do?

Hey, I've been taking Follihair tablets for over a year now, and I've just picked up another year's supply. Do you think it's okay to keep using them for this long? Also, I've noticed that the ingredients have changed a bit. The old tablets had 10 mg of biotin, but the new ones only have 30 mcg, along with some other new vitamins and minerals. With such a big difference in biotin, do you think the new tablets will still work as well as the old ones? I'm mainly asking because biotin is supposed to be a key ingredient for hair growth, right?

I've been told to use biluma advanced skin lightening lotion and Demelan screen for the dark spots on my forehead from acne. I'm really concerned because I can't use anything with steroids in it. Do these products contain steroids? My forehead got darker after I used the deriva cms gel for a couple of months, and it didn't help with my acne. Lately, I've switched to aziderm for the acne, and it's been about two weeks. Does this sound okay to you?
