I've been on TB medication for 9 months now. I weighed 50 kg at the start, but now I'm up to 69 kg, and I do feel less tired. The issue is that I sometimes get a slight pain in the upper part of my chest when I take a deep breath while standing. It's strange because I don't feel any pain if I'm lying down and doing the same thing, and I actually breathe easier after a workout. It's really been bothering me. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

View allMy dad just got out of the hospital after a 25-day stay. He's been recovering from COVID, and now he's dealing with fibrosis. His oxygen saturation levels are hanging around 89-90, and he's doing his lung exercises about 34 times a day. We have a concentrator at home, and his oxygen level is 93 at 1.5 liters per minute. I'm worried and wondering how often we should give him oxygen support and if we should adjust the liters. Any advice?

I've been having chest pain since my ATT treatment back in 2016, especially when I breathe in. It gets worse with cold weather, drinking cold water, or after a cold shower, even during summer. I've told my doctor, but my reports have always shown normal results. In 2020, I saw a pulmonary doctor who found Multiple Centrilobular Nodular Opacities in the basal segment of my right lower lobe and bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy. They thought it might be TB and did a bronchoscopy, which came back negative. I've been using the inhaler Formoflo 250, but the pain is still there. This winter was rough with the pain getting worse, and I started having skin issues and hair loss. I'm worried because I'm ANA positive 4, but my CT thorax, X-ray, and ECG were normal, though I do have hypothyroid and low hemoglobin. My cough is mostly dry and orange, with a little blood occasionally. I'm currently taking Paracetamol 650 for fever due to the chest pain. What could be causing all of these symptoms, and what should I do next?

I'm having some trouble with my breathing, and there's this whistling sound whenever I breathe in or out. I've been dealing with asthma since I was a kid. Do you think these issues are related to my childhood asthma, or could it be something else?
