I'm a bit worried because I've had a dry cough for about a week, and now the right side of my back is swollen. I went to the doctor, and she said the swelling is from the cough and it's nothing serious. The swelling has gone down, but I'm still feeling a little pain around my right rib area. Should I be concerned about this lingering pain? Could it be something more than just from the cough?

We've decided to adopt and need to get a medical fitness certificate for the CARA registration. Were a bit lost and could use some help figuring out where to get this done and what exactly the procedure involves. Could you guide us on this?
You can get a medical fitness certificate for CARA registration from any registered medical practitioner or government hospital. The doctor will conduct a basic physical examination and may request standard tests like blood work or a chest X-ray to confirm your overall health. Simply inform the doctor that the certificate is for adoption purposes under CARA guidelines.
