I've been thinking about taking multivitamins like Becadexamin every day to make sure I'm getting enough vitamins, but I'm worried it might not be totally safe. Is there anything I should be aware of or any potential side effects I should consider before making it a regular part of my routine?

I'm a bit concerned because I've been running a low-grade fever for about 10 days now. Every evening, it goes up to 99 or 100 degrees. I've already tested for dengue, malaria, and typhoid, and all came back negative, but the fever's still there. What do you think might be causing this, and what should I do next?
It could be UTI so i think you should consult physician to test for uti and others infectious foci in our body
