I'm feeling a burning sensation inside my vagina and it's been happening for about a month now, especially during intercourse. Even though I've stopped having intercourse, the itching and discomfort haven't gone away. I'm really concerned and would love any insights on what this might be and how I can get some relief. I've been trying to get pregnant for the last 5 months and even saw a doctor back in April. All my blood tests came back normal, and I've been taking folic acid cor3 and amycordial syrup for a couple of months now. My period was 3 days late this time, and I really thought I might be pregnant, but then I noticed a brown discharge in the morning with some white clots. The blood flow seems really thick. I'm just wondering what could be going on and if there's anything I should be doing differently?

Sometimes even in normal individuals due to action of anticoagulants in the body during heavy menstrual bleeding clots can be seen.....apart from this clots and discharge can be seen in certain uterine abnormality like fibroids in uterus,adenomyosis, endometriosis or hormonal imbalance like thyroid hormone imbalance or oestrogen-progestrone imbalance might also be a cause.this things need investigations like transvaginal ultrasound to ruleout the uterine abnormality. Hormone profile to ruleout any imbalance and most of the times the condition is treatable. So kindly consult a gynecologist for further management to ruleout this things.

I'm 37 and my doctor said I have a bulky uterus measuring 119x63x53mm. Should I consider surgery or are there other treatment options for this? 
 
 I found out my uterus is bulky at 119x63x53mm and I'm 37. Is surgery the only way to fix this or can it be treated without an operation?

I've been told during my level 2 scan that I have a low lying placenta, specifically 1.3 cm from the OS. I'm wondering if it's safe for me to fly. If it is safe, how far into my pregnancy can I travel by air? If flying isn't recommended, what precautions should I take?

In cases of low lying placenta with advancement in pregnancy there is higher risk of bleeding PV hence bed rest is adviced,better not to travel ,if it si cumpolsary follow your doctors advice
