I've been told by my doctor that I have a deficiency in B12 and Vitamin D. They've recommended B12 ME12 injection shots for me. I'm a bit concerned and curious about whether it's really safe for me to go with the B12 shots, or if taking a capsule could be a better option instead. Can you help me understand the differences or what might be best for me?

B12 injections like ME-12 are effective for quickly raising levels, especially if your deficiency is significant or absorption is an issue. Capsules can also work if your body absorbs them well, but injections may be recommended for faster results. Always follow your doctor's advice for the best approach.

View allI'm feeling really tired and drowsy all day, and sometimes I get spells of giddiness. My doctor checked my thyroid and hemoglobin levels, and they came back normal. I'm just wondering what else could be causing these symptoms? Could there be something we're missing?
kindly check Vit D levels

I'm feeling really weak these last couple of days, and it's got me worried. A while back, I was taking Neurobion Forte for low hemoglobin issues. Do you think it would be okay for me to start taking it again, maybe one dose after lunch for the next 15 days? I'm just not sure if it's the right move and would love your take on it.
Can be taken If weakness persist then visit physician

I've been hearing mixed things about using a copper water bottle for drinking. Some friends swear by it, but others are warning me that it could lead to health issues, like infertility. Is there any truth to that? I'm really curious to know if using a copper bottle is actually beneficial or if I should be cautious. Would love some guidance!
While copper water bottles have been touted for their potential health benefits, such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, excessive copper consumption can indeed cause health issues, including infertility, liver damage, and other problems; the Indian government's guidelines recommend using copper vessels that are coated with a layer of tin or silver to prevent copper toxicity, and drinking water stored in copper vessels for 8-12 hours is considered safe,
