I've been on tretiva for about three months, and it helped with my acne, but now I'm starting to deal with dandruff and hair fall. What can I do to get this under control?

View allI'm wondering if it's a good idea to switch between using Procapil and Redensyl on alternate mornings and then applying minoxidil every night? Also, are there any products that combine these ingredients, or are there other alternatives like Baicapil or Anagain that could give the best results? My dermatologist had me using Redensyl in the morning and minoxidil at night, before that it was Procapil, and both seemed to work well.

I've got this bump that started off small, but after I accidentally scratched it, it got bigger. It's pretty red around the edges and really hurts when I touch it. I noticed there's some pus inside. Is it better to wait until the pus grows more before trying to squeeze it out? Then maybe take some antibiotics? I really want to get rid of this from the root, and I heard draining the pus is important. What should I do?
Yes it has to be drained out,do not squeeze it by yourself, visit surgeon for appropriate treatment

how to use tea tree oil for acne
1. Combine 1 to 2 drops of tea tree oil with 12 drops of a carrier oil. However, be careful using any additional oils on your face. Any type of oil product has the potential to worsen acne. 2. Before applying diluted tea tree oil to your face, do a small patch test on the inside of your elbow. Signs of skin sensitivity or an allergic reaction include itchiness, redness, swelling, and burning. 3. Before applying the oil, wash your face with a gentle cleanser for acne-prone skin, and pat it dry. 4. Gently apply diluted tea tree oil by dabbing it on your blemishes with a cotton round or pad. 5. Allow to dry. Follow up with your usual moisturizer. 6. Repeat morning and night.
