I've been trying to have a baby for the last 3 years and have gone through all sorts of tests. They show that I have PCOS and a blockage in my left fallopian tube. Plus, I'm overweight and my periods are all over the place. I've already done three IUIs but still haven't been able to conceive. What should I do next?

View allI'm really worried because I've been taking methimez 20mg, as prescribed for my hyperthyroidism, but now I've been dealing with hypothyroidism for a year. Should I still be taking the same dose, or is there an adjustment needed? I'm feeling confused and concerned about whether I'm on the right track with my treatment.

I'm a 17-year-old guy and my height is 5'6". It hasn't really gone up much in the last couple of years and I'm eager to grow taller. What kind of things could I do to help increase my height?
To increase your height at 17 years old, it's important to focus on proper nutrition and exercise. Make sure you are getting enough calcium and vitamin D for bone health. Additionally, engaging in regular physical activity, especially exercises that focus on stretching and lengthening the spine, can be beneficial. You can also consider taking a multivitamin supplement to ensure you are getting all the necessary nutrients for growth. However, it's important to remember that genetics play a significant role in determining height, so it's not guaranteed that you will grow taller.
