I've been trying to quit smoking and managed to stop for a month, but I slipped back into having one cigarette a couple of times a week. Now whenever I do smoke, I feel this strong chest tightness and discomfort for a couple of days, and even hear a cracking sound in my trachea when I'm doing normal stretches. It's kinda freaking me out since I'm really trying to switch to a healthier lifestyle. Back when I was in the US, I used to take supplements like Glutathione, NAC, and Omega 3. Do you think those might help with what I'm experiencing, or should I be worried about something else?

View allI've been dealing with asthma for about 2 years now and recently I've started feeling chest and back pain when I take a deep breath. It's strange because I'm not having any other symptoms and my treatment seems to be going well. I even had a chest x-ray and it didn't show anything unusual. I just can't figure out why this pain happens with deep breaths. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
because of inflammation of airways, take proper treatment of asthma. steam inhalation

I'm a bit concerned because about two weeks ago, I had a cough and cold, but recently, for the last 10 days or so, I've noticed a small amount of blood in my sputum in the mornings when I cough up. It's not a lot, and only happens on and off, but the blood is bright red and looks fresh. The doctor gave me some antibiotics, but the blood is still there sometimes, even though the cough itself has gone away. I sometimes just feel like I need to clear my throat. I have my X-ray report ready too, just wondering if this is something to worry about?
