I've been trying to quit smoking and managed to stop for a month, but I slipped back into having one cigarette a couple of times a week. Now whenever I do smoke, I feel this strong chest tightness and discomfort for a couple of days, and even hear a cracking sound in my trachea when I'm doing normal stretches. It's kinda freaking me out since I'm really trying to switch to a healthier lifestyle. Back when I was in the US, I used to take supplements like Glutathione, NAC, and Omega 3. Do you think those might help with what I'm experiencing, or should I be worried about something else?

View allI'm really worried about this sharp, razor blade feeling Ive been having in my lungs, especially when I cough. Its a constant pain, but at the same time, it feels inconstant, if that makes sense. And on top of that, I've been running a high fever. I haven't consulted a doctor yet, but should I be urgently concerned about these symptoms? What could be causing them?
Ecg,x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with mediastinal lymph node TB and I was wondering about my situation. I've been through CECT and EBUS, and the size was initially 7cm x 3cm. I used to have a fever, but thankfully that's gone now. However, I'm still coughing quite a bitaround 15 to 20 times a day. I've been on treatment for three and a half months, and my doctor told me it would be an eight-month-long process. Is this typical? I'm currently abroad, so I'm trying to figure out when to repeat the CECT. We've already done it twice since we had to travel, but the size hadn't reduced two months ago. Can you give me some guidance on this?
repeat cect after 6 months
