I'm experiencing chest pain and have a hard time breathing, plus I get tired really quickly and have a fever. Could this be related to a left pleural effusion? Can you help me understand what's happening and what I should do next?

View allI'm using Rotacap Formoterol Fumarate and Fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation, specifically Formoflo 250. I wasnt very regular with my Rotacap Budecort 100. But now that I've started with Formoflo 250, it feels like I'm getting more consistent with taking my meds. Do you think this change is beneficial or should I be aware of anything else?

I've been dealing with bronchitis and asthma for around 4 years now. It tends to flare up seasonally, especially around September to October and February to March, and unfortunately, I usually end up in the hospital during those times. I'm also allergic to dust, and I'm not sure if these issues are due to my allergies, the change of seasons, or maybe both. I just had a chest X-ray done, and it shows a lung infection, plus my chest and lungs get clogged with a lot of cough during these periods. Could you give me some advice on how to manage or even cure these problems?
avoid exposure to morning cold. start taking steam inhalation atleast 4 -5 times per day
