I've been using Betnovate C on my face for about a year to control my pimples and help with skin lightening. Whenever I stop using it, my pimples flare up again. I usually apply it at night. My friends keep telling me that it's not safe to use Betnovate C continuously. I'm really confused and would love some advice on what I should do. Is there something else I can try?

View allI'm having this issue where my skin has been looking really dry for about a year now, and I've noticed these black dots, but they're not on my face, just the rest of my body. It sometimes feels itchy, probably because of the temperature or something. I'm starting to get worried and I'm thinking about getting some treatment for it. Could you give me some advice on what to do?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I'm noticing these small clear bumps on my fingers and theyre a bit concerning. I started popping them and some clear liquid comes out, but they just fill back up again. They werent that many before, but now Ive got a few more on one finger, the back of my hand, and even my palm. I also see some tiny ones on my right hand, but theyre not big enough to pop. They don't really hurt unless I pop them and they dont itch either. Any idea what might be going on?
That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.
