I've got this strange rash on my arm that I noticed a few days ago. It's just one spot, and it's circular with a scaly edge, but the center is really red. I'm wondering what it might be. Any ideas?

There is a possibility that the rash you are describing is a ringworm infection. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Lotrimin Ultra twice a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the rash does not improve or worsens, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I've recently noticed that my forehead is getting really tan, and I realized I've never really paid much attention to my skincare until now. I'm 24 and have started using a Himalaya walnut scrub, neem face wash, and kesar face pack for about a month. I can see some improvement on my cheeks but not on my forehead. Also, since I started using the neem face wash, I get a lot of pimples. They seem to clear up after using the face wash, but new ones just pop up in different places. What can I do to get rid of the tan on my forehead and prevent these pimples?

You are suffering with Acne Vulgaris this needs a course of antibiotics and vitamin A supplements, visit DERMATOLOGIST for the same and for tan removal you can try with CO2 laser treatment

I'm really worried about my penis; there's this redness on the forehead of the skin and some small red bumps on the side. There's no itching or fluid, but it burns and irritates. I've been using Candida B, Onbet, and T Bact ointments and have tried various creams, but nothing seems to help. My skin is scratching and there's a red rash. What should I do?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been dealing with this rash near my groin area for a while now. At first, I thought it was just a shaving rash, but it's spreading. They begin as small circles and then grow into larger clusters. The rash is flat, not itchy, and has a reddish-brown color. Should I be worried about this? What could it possibly be?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection, such as ringworm. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra (clotrimazole) twice a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help the healing process. If the rash does not improve or worsens, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.
