I'm a 23-year-old guy and I've noticed that I have puffy nipples. They look normal when it's cold, but when it's warm, they get really puffy again. It makes me feel super self-conscious about taking my shirt off. I'm pretty sure it's not gynecomastia because there aren't any lumps under the nipples.
