I've been using delay spray for the past 7-8 years to help with PE, but I haven't really paid attention to the instructions all that time. Now my partner and I are trying for a baby and there's a chance we might have conceived, but nothing is confirmed yet. I'm just worried if the delay spray could have any effects on conceiving or on the embryo or fetus that's developing. Could it be a potential issue?

Delay sprays typically contain local anesthetics like lidocaine or benzocaine, which are generally considered safe for external use in small amounts. However, prolonged or excessive use could potentially affect sperm motility. Its advisable to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice, especially when trying to conceive.

View allI'm 27 and was hoping you could help me out with something that's been bugging me. My penis, when erect, is only about 4.5 inches, and I recently got married. Last night, I was with my wife and couldnt get an erection at all, which was really embarrassing. Plus, even when it does get erect, I tend to release cum quite quickly. If I need to have sex today, what can I do that wont cause any bad reactions?

I'm a bit worried about whether my prostate gland might be enlarged. Is there a way to tell without getting any medical tests done? Also, I'm curious about its positionis it on the right or left side when we're talking about male organs?

I'm feeling a bit worried and need some guidance. If someone touches a male penis with their hand and then later uses that same hand to touch a female vagina, is there a real chance of pregnancy happening? I'm just trying to understand the possibilities here and would appreciate any insight you could offer.
