I've been using Evion 400 on my face for the last couple of days, and I've started getting headaches afterward. Is this something that happens sometimes, or do you think I should stop using it on my skin?

View allI'm dealing with a painful pimple near my breast and under my arm, and it's got a really strong smell. It's not healing quickly at all. Could this be something serious? What can I do to help it heal faster?

I'm really struggling with some serious itching around my groin, and it seems to get worse when things get wet down there. I've tried a bunch of creams, but the itching just keeps coming back, and every time I scratch, it ends up bruising and hurting even more. It's spreading, and now it's around my butt crack too, which is making me really nervous. Ive been using a hot air blower to soothe it, but I'm worried this could mess with my sperm count because of the heat. What should I do?
To treat this, I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to help clear the infection from within. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the itching persists or worsens, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with a bit of a situation here after getting bitten by leeches about a week ago. Now I've got these dark red acne-like blisters popping up all over my feet. I've been trying to manage it with Benzoate and Four Derm, and while they've helped somewhat with the existing ones, I can't seem to stop new ones from showing up. Do you have any tips on how to get this under control?
