I've been using Gynexol cream for my gynecomastia but not sure if it's really working. Are there any other non-surgical ways to reduce man boobs that actually show results?

Regular and consistent diet is most important, with no feasts and fasts. Split your diet into 3-4 meals. Avoid sugar and sugar containing foods, and fried foods. Avoid fats (butter, oil, malai) and fat rich foods (puri, paratha, chat, namkeen etc.) Choose healthy carbohydrates, such as fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and low-fat milk, as part of your diabetes meal plan.

I've been on Vitamin D3 and B12 supplements for the last three months, 10000iu and 5000mcg daily. Just got my blood work back, and my GGT level jumped to 111 from under 50. What's going on with that? Should I cut back or stop the vitamins? I'm 50, female, and a bit worried here.
For the elevated GGT level, it is important to address the underlying cause. In your case, since your recent reports have shown a significant increase in GGT levels after starting the Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 supplements, it is advisable to stop taking these supplements for now. Additionally, it would be beneficial to avoid alcohol consumption and maintain a healthy diet. To help reduce your GGT level, you can consider taking Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) under brand name Actigall or Urso.

Just found out I have hypothyroidism with normal T3 and T4 but TSH at 24. My doctor started me on thyroxine 100mcg. I need to get a dental surgery done with local anesthesia soon should I wait until my TSH levels are normal or can I go ahead with the procedure now?
It's generally recommended to wait for TSH levels to normalize before undergoing dental procedures with local anesthesia, as hypothyroidism can affect the body's response to anesthesia and other drugs. Waiting for TSH levels to normalize allows the thyroid hormone levels to stabilize and improves the overall management of the condition
