I've been using ibglow cream because it was recommended to me, but after a few days, I noticed redness on my right cheek. There's also dryness, itching, and inflammation. I stopped using the cream, but I'm really worried about these symptoms. What can I do to treat this reaction and get things back to normal?

View allI had minor skin surgery and my doctor recommended a CBP test. The results show my RBC and RDW are high while MCH, MCV, and MCHC are lower than normal. I don't have any concerning symptoms and consider myself healthy should I be worried about these results?
Your RBC and RDW being high, along with low MCH, MCV, and MCHC, might suggest some mild anemia or other factors affecting red blood cells. Since you're not experiencing symptoms, its likely not a serious concern, but it's a good idea to follow up with your haematologist to understand the context of these results.

I noticed what I initially thought was a bite, and it was a pale red at first. But now it's turned this darker red and kind of looks like a blood blister. Should I be worried about this change, and does it sound like something I should get checked out?
Hirudal cream 14 gm is advised for blisters twice daily for 2 weeks , if any allergic reactions occur stop the medication and consult dermatologist.

I'm really concerned because I've been taking ashwagandha for the past 45 days and suddenly I've got a lot of cystic acne on my face. Could ashwagandha be causing this?
Ashwagandha is generally considered safe, but some individuals may experience adverse effects, including skin issues like acne; ashwagandha can stimulate hormones, including testosterone, which may lead to increased sebum production and acne in some people, particularly those with hormonal imbalances or acne-prone skin; consider stopping ashwagandha for a few days to see if your acne improves,
