I've been using kojivit cream for some time and it really helps my skin look brighter, but I'm worried because whenever I stop using it, my face gets dull again. What should I do to maintain the results long-term? Can you guide me on how to use it effectively or suggest any alternatives?

View allI'm 27 and from Tamilnadu. A while back, I accidentally had kerosene poured on me, and since then, my face has been getting darker day by day. I'm really worried about how to get back to my previous skin tone. What can I do to improve my skin?
Accidentally spilling kerosene on your face can cause skin damage and discoloration. To help restore your skin tone, you can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. Additionally, using a sunscreen with a high SPF daily can help prevent further darkening of the skin. Make sure to consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

I've been struggling with these large red acnes or allergic bumps on my forehead lately. I tried using Castor NF with ofloxacin and terbinafine clobetasol, but they haven't helped at all. The bumps are really painful to touch, and they're not just staying on my foreheadthey're spreading to other parts of my face. I'm starting to feel really frustrated as they seem to be growing more. When I use Castor NF, they shrink a little bit, but not enough to make a difference. What could be going on, and how can I get them to stop spreading?

I've been noticing these red bumps that aren't itchy on the glans of my penis for the past few days. Could you let me know what might be causing them and suggest any treatment options?
Consult a urologist or dermatologist, for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, as red, non-itchy bumps on the penis glans can be caused by various factors, including Fordyce spots, pearly penile papules, cysts, or STIs.
