I've been using Kozel skin lightening gel that my doctor recommended for my dark spots. I'm really curious, is this gel actually safe to use? Are there any side effects I should be worried about?

View allCan I use Keto B ointment on my scalp for itching and gaps between my hair? Is it harmful or safe to use?
Keto B ointment, containing ketoconazole, can be used for scalp itching and fungal infections, but for hair gaps, it may not be directly effective; it's generally safe when used as directed, but potential side effects include skin irritation, itching, or dryness; consult a dermatologist before using Keto B ointment on your scalp, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

I used Memopi Hc to try and lighten my brown freckles a few months ago, but accidentally applied it all over my face, which made my skin fair. Since stopping, I've noticed hyperpigmentation on my cheeks that's been around for 3 years now. Ive tried a bunch of medicines and remedies to lighten the pigment, but nothing seems to work. Any advice or suggestions you could offer would be really appreciated.
That cream contains steroids which would have made your skin sensitive and lead to hyperpigmentation, you have to deal with for long time have patience it will heal follow your doctors advice.

I've been using Skin Shine cream and soap for about two months, but I'm planning to stop now. I'm worried about what might happen to my skin when I do. Could there be any side effects or changes that I should be prepared for?
As advised by the skin specialist.
