I've been using Melacare for about 4 years now and I'm thinking of stopping. I'm a bit worried though, if I stop using it, will my skin be able to recover on its own or am I going to have to deal with hyperpigmentation forever?

Stopping Melacare may cause:
- Rebound hyperpigmentation (temporary)
- Skin recovery with proper skincare and sun protection
- Ongoing hyperpigmentation management
Post-Melacare skincare:
- Use broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+)
- Moisturize with a gentle moisturizer
- Exfoliate regularly
- Consider alternative treatments

I've been getting a lot of pimples and bumps on my cheeks and forehead lately, and it's really bothering me. I tried using Aclind BP 5 gel once a day at night and kept it on for about 3 to 4 hours before washing it off and applying moisturizer. It's been just three days, but my skin's turned red, and there's this itchiness and slight burning. I'm worried if I should stop using it? Any suggestions on how to get rid of these pimples?
