I've been using Melacare for a long time, but then I started traveling a lot for work between Pune and Mumbai, and my skin is now completely sunburned and darker. I used to be fair, but now my skin is almost black, and it's a lot. Can I start using Melacare again? Will that help me get my skin back to how it was before? I'm really worried about showing my face to anyone right now and could really use your advice.

In the meantime, you can consider using Minoxidil solution (brand name: Rogaine) as an alternative for hair loss treatment. Apply 1mL of Rogaine solution twice daily on the scalp to promote hair growth.

I'm a 28-year-old woman and I'm getting married in three months. Minoxidil 5% is indeed commonly used for male pattern baldness, but it can also be prescribed for female hair loss.
