I've been using Melacare for a long time, but then I started traveling a lot for work between Pune and Mumbai, and my skin is now completely sunburned and darker. I used to be fair, but now my skin is almost black, and it's a lot. Can I start using Melacare again? Will that help me get my skin back to how it was before? I'm really worried about showing my face to anyone right now and could really use your advice.

I'm noticing something red inside my belly button, and sometimes there's blood and a liquid coming out. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it normal? What could be causing it?

It sounds like you might have an infection or a condition like an umbilical granuloma or abscess. Clean the area gently with an antiseptic, keep it dry, and avoid poking it. Consult a doctor soon to rule out any deeper issue and get appropriate treatment.

I'm having a really uncomfortable problem with sweating a lot in my groin area, especially around my anus and testicles. It's causing a pretty bad smell and it feels greasy down there, plus it makes my underwear dirty. I've already shaved the pubic hair and switched to wearing boxers instead of briefs, but the sweating hasn't stopped. I make sure to wash the area thoroughly when I shower in the morning, but still by the afternoon it starts again and seems to get worse by nighttime. Can you suggest any lotion or powder to help keep the area dry and clean all day?
