I've been using Melacare for a long time, but then I started traveling a lot for work between Pune and Mumbai, and my skin is now completely sunburned and darker. I used to be fair, but now my skin is almost black, and it's a lot. Can I start using Melacare again? Will that help me get my skin back to how it was before? I'm really worried about showing my face to anyone right now and could really use your advice.

I've been using Tugain 5 for a while, but my doctor recently switched me to Minokem F 5. After trying it for about two months, I'm noticing a big increase in hair fall. Im kind of worried and wondering if anyone has any suggestions or ideas about what might be going on, especially since getting an appointment with my doctor isnt that easy right now.
It seems like you may be experiencing a side effect from the new medication. I would recommend discussing this with your doctor to explore other treatment options. In the meantime, you can consider using Minoxidil solution (brand name: Rogaine) as an alternative for hair loss treatment. Apply 1mL of Rogaine solution twice daily on the scalp to promote hair growth.

I'm a 28-year-old woman and I'm getting married in three months. Recently, my dermatologist recommended using minoxidil 5 for my hair fall since the minoxidil 2 I tried earlier didn't really help much. However, when I read up on it, it seems like minoxidil 5 is usually for men, and this has me a bit worried. I'm concerned about how this might affect my hair and if there's any impact on my marriage or sex life. Can I go ahead with using this?
Minoxidil 5% is indeed commonly used for male pattern baldness, but it can also be prescribed for female hair loss.
