I've been using my Fitbit for a few weeks and noticed my heart rate usually tops out at 120 BPM. But today, while just walking, it spiked to 162 BPM in the afternoon. What might be causing this? Is this something I should be worried about?

View allI'm a bit confused about my recent TMT test results since it came back negative. Can you explain what that means for me?
A negative TMT (Treadmill Test) result indicates that there were no significant abnormalities detected during the test. It means that there is no evidence of blockages or reduced blood flow to the heart during physical activity. This is a good sign for your heart health.

I'm a bit confused and concerned because I just got an EKG done, and the results say "borderline ECG." What exactly does that mean? Should I be worried about this?
Borderline ECG means that the results of your EKG are not definitively normal or abnormal. It suggests that there may be slight abnormalities in the electrical activity of your heart, but it is not conclusive. It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and monitoring.
