I've been using Nicotex for the past 10 days. I know there's a specific cycle for using it. Since I don't feel like I need it much, I'm just taking 1 or 2 chews daily. Is that okay, or should I be following the cycle more strictly?

View allI've been dealing with a high fever for three days, and it kept staying over 101 and even hit 103.5 at one point before dropping to 99.5 on the same day. I checked in with a doctor and was told to take Dolo 650 and Meftal Forte, which I did. But now, three days later, I'm still feeling super weak, sleeping around 18 hours a day. Some old muscle pains in my left hand have started up again too, which might be from being so weak. I've been taking Neromet, a multi-vitamin, and vitamin C tablets, but they're not helping much. Today I've noticed redness all over my body, which I think could be an allergic reaction to some medication since this has never happened before. What could be going on here?
Hi Sunil, it seems like your body is still recovering from the fever, which is causing the prolonged weakness and muscle pain. The redness could be an allergic reaction to the medication, and it's important to consult your doctor to rule out any severe reactions. Rest, hydration, and monitoring your symptoms closely are key; if the redness worsens or new symptoms appear, seek immediate medical attention.

I'm really struggling with a bad cold right now, and my nose is completely blocked. I've been taking cepodem 200 for a throat infection, but I'm not sure what else I can use for the cold because cetrizine doesn't really agree with me. Could you suggest something that might help?
Cepodem 200 is an antibiotic, but antibiotics are not effective against viruses, which cause colds.you can use allegra [fexofenadine]as an alternative to citrizen If your symptoms persist for more than 710 days or worsen, you may want to consult your doctor again.

I recently got the Covishield vaccine and I'm wondering if I should take Dolo 650 even if I don't have a fever or headache yet, or is it best to wait and take it only if I actually start feeling feverish? What would you recommend?
no problem you can take
