I've been using this Panderm Plus cream, and every time I go out, my skin seems to get darker, even though I put on sunscreen. I'm really thinking about stopping the use of this cream, but I'm not sure how to get my skin back to normal afterward. Do you have any advice on how I can handle this situation?

  1. Gradually taper off: Don't stop using Panderm Plus abruptly. Gradually reduce the frequency and amount applied over 2-3 weeks.
  2. Replace with alternative creams: Consult your doctor or dermatologist for alternative creams that are less likely to cause hyperpigmentation.
  3. Use sunscreen with high SPF: Continue using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with high SPF (at least 30) and reapply every 2 hours.
  4. Wear protective clothing: Cover your skin with clothing, hats, and umbrellas when going out.
  5. Consider vitamin C or niacinamide creams: These creams may help reduce hyperpigmentation and promote skin brightening.

I'm really curious if onion juice can actually help with reducing hair fall or if it's just a myth. Ive also got a few bald patches and heard that it might help regrow hair there. Plus, can it really blacken white hair? Im unsure how much of this is true and would love your advice.

I've never had bruises like this from a blood draw before, and it's been 4 days now. They started out black and have turned dark brown, with a lot of pain and tenderness, and it seems to be getting worse. I'm even more concerned because I'm 7 weeks pregnant. Should I be worried about these huge bruises and the pain? Is this normal or should I get it checked out?

Miracle plus cream for local application, for atleast 4-6 weeks is advised.

I've had this small hole in my leg for about 3 to 4 weeks now, and it just won't heal. I'm genuinely concerned and not sure what steps I should take. Could you give me some advice on how to handle this?

A persistent tiny hole in your leg can be concerning. Here are some possible causes and steps to take: *Possible Causes* 1. *Ingrown hair*: A hair growing back into the skin can cause a small hole. 2. *Folliculitis*: An infected hair follicle can lead to a small hole or crater. 3. *Pimple or abscess*: A small pimple or abscess can cause a hole. 4. *Skin infection*: Bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infections can cause small holes. *Steps to Take* 1. *Keep the area clean*: Wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water. 2. *Apply antibiotic ointment*: Over-the-counter antibiotic ointments can help prevent infection. 3. *Use a warm compress*: Apply a warm, damp washcloth to the area to help bring the hole to a head and encourage healing. 4. *Avoid picking or squeezing*: Resist the temptation to pick or squeeze the hole, as this can lead to further inflammation and scarring.
