I've had this small hole in my leg for about 3 to 4 weeks now, and it just won't heal. I'm genuinely concerned and not sure what steps I should take. Could you give me some advice on how to handle this?

A persistent tiny hole in your leg can be concerning. Here are some possible causes and steps to take:
Possible Causes
- Ingrown hair: A hair growing back into the skin can cause a small hole.
- Folliculitis: An infected hair follicle can lead to a small hole or crater.
- Pimple or abscess: A small pimple or abscess can cause a hole.
- Skin infection: Bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infections can cause small holes.
Steps to Take
- Keep the area clean: Wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Apply antibiotic ointment: Over-the-counter antibiotic ointments can help prevent infection.
- Use a warm compress: Apply a warm, damp washcloth to the area to help bring the hole to a head and encourage healing.
- Avoid picking or squeezing: Resist the temptation to pick or squeeze the hole, as this can lead to further inflammation and scarring.

I'm really curious about finding the right cream for my skin. My skin tone is quite dark and a friend mentioned this uniwhite cream that might help lighten it. I'm wondering if it's actually effective for what I'm looking for, or if there's a better option you could recommend for dark skin?
