I've had this small hole in my leg for about 3 to 4 weeks now, and it just won't heal. I'm genuinely concerned and not sure what steps I should take. Could you give me some advice on how to handle this?

A persistent tiny hole in your leg can be concerning. Here are some possible causes and steps to take:

Possible Causes

  1. Ingrown hair: A hair growing back into the skin can cause a small hole.
  2. Folliculitis: An infected hair follicle can lead to a small hole or crater.
  3. Pimple or abscess: A small pimple or abscess can cause a hole.
  4. Skin infection: Bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infections can cause small holes.

Steps to Take

  1. Keep the area clean: Wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water.
  2. Apply antibiotic ointment: Over-the-counter antibiotic ointments can help prevent infection.
  3. Use a warm compress: Apply a warm, damp washcloth to the area to help bring the hole to a head and encourage healing.
  4. Avoid picking or squeezing: Resist the temptation to pick or squeeze the hole, as this can lead to further inflammation and scarring.

I've been dealing with a lot of itching on my scalp and there's some pain too. My hair is still falling out even though I'm using folica hair tincture. Do you think it will help improve my condition or should I try something else? It's really worrying me.

If you are experiencing itching, pain, and hair loss on your scalp, using Folica hair tincture may help improve your condition. However, it is important to also address the underlying cause of your symptoms. I recommend using Folica hair tincture twice a day, applying it directly to the scalp and gently massaging it in. Additionally, you may consider using a medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole to help with the itching and inflammation. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've been having this really uncomfortable problem with severe itching all over my body, and whenever I scratch, these lines show up on my skin. It seems like the only thing that helps is taking cetirizine. It usually stops the itching for about a week, but then it all starts again. I'm not sure what's going on. Could this be something serious or is there a way to treat it so it doesn't keep coming back?

I've been having some hair fall issues, so my doctor put me on these B12 supplements. But after about two weeks, I started getting really bad reactionslike rashes and acne on my hands and face. I stopped the supplements immediately, but it's been over a week, and my acne is still there and hasn't improved at all. Should I be doing something specific to help with this, or will it just clear up on its own eventually? I'm kind of worried and not sure what to do next.
