I've been using Sebowash shampoo for about a month based on my doctor's advice, and I'm really pleased with how much better my hair's condition is now. But my doctor mentioned I shouldn't keep using it after my hair improves. I'm wondering, what kind of regular shampoo should I switch to in order to keep my hair healthy?

I'm having issues with my hair not growing well, and I often get split ends. I'm wondering if there are any multivitamins you would recommend for better growth. I've been taking Follihair tablets for a month now. Should I keep using them or try something else? Any suggestions would be really helpful!

I'm dealing with alopecia barbae and it's really stressing me out. I'm desperate to find out what the best treatment options are to help manage or hopefully overcome this. Also, how much time does it typically take to see any improvements?
Alopecia barbae, which is a type of hair loss that affects the beard area, can be treated with minoxidil solution. You can apply minoxidil 5% solution twice daily on the affected area. It may take several months to see significant improvement, and treatment may need to be continued long-term to maintain results.
