I've been using the Seroflo 250 Inhaler for a couple of years now because my doctor prescribed it, but I just found out that it contains Fluticasone Propionate, which I heard is a steroid and might not be great for long-term health. I'm kinda worried because whenever I try to stop using it, I start having breathing issues within a couple of days. Is there any inhaler available in India that has only Salbutarol and no steroids?

Hi, using a Seroflo 250 inhaler is essential for controlling asthma or COPD as it contains both a steroid (Fluticasone) to reduce inflammation and a bronchodilator. However, Salbutamol-only inhalers like Asthalin or Levolin are available but are meant for quick relief, not long-term control. Consult your doctor before making any changes to ensure your symptoms stay managed.

View allI'm having some trouble with my breathing and I already tried the pantosec d gas tablet that my doctor recommended. I also saw a pulmonologist, had a chest X-ray and an ECG, and both came out normal. There didn't seem to be any problems, so no meds were given. Do you think I might still need any medication or other tests?

I've been dealing with this stubborn cough for about 6 months now, and I've noticed that I also get these sharp pains in my ribs and chest sometimes, as well as my back. Lately, every time I take a deep breath, I end up coughing and wheezing, which is really concerning me. Plus, Ive been getting headaches and feeling super tired all the time, no matter how much sleep I get. My other bones are starting to feel weak and ache a lot too. Do you think I should see a doctor for these symptoms? What could be causing all of this?
