I've been using Skinlite for about six months now and I've kind of liked it so far, but I'm getting worried. Could it affect my health if I use it for too long? Could you give me some advice on what I should do next?

I'm dealing with some dry and peeling skin on my scrotum, and it seems to be spreading. I've been using ketoconazole cream, but it isn't really helping. What could be going on here, and should I try a different treatment or see a doctor?
Lulican cream for local application for atleast 2 weeks is advised to the patient.
