I've been using Skinshine cream for about 4 months, but I stopped using it 2 months ago and now my face is darker and I've got a lot of pimples. I'm really concerned about what's happening. What should I do?

I've been dealing with this fungal infection and ringworm on my stomach and neck for what feels like forever, almost 45 months. It's really bothering me, and I can't seem to get rid of it. I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work long-term. What could be causing it to stick around for so long, and do you have any advice on what I should try next?

Chronic Fungal infection needs long-term treatment, personal hygiene measures are most important to cure this disease, practice special care towards affected area.

I've been dealing with a fixed drug eruption for the past four years and have been seeing a skin specialist for treatment. Initially, I was given various lotions, but I really didn't see any improvement. I got so frustrated that I started looking up remedies online, and that's when I found out about laser treatment. I tried that route, and it's been about 10 months since I had it done. Unfortunately, my issue hasn't improved completely, and now my dark brown mark has just turned into a white one with tiny dark spots. Could you advise me on what steps I should consider next?
