I've been using Skinshine cream for about 4 months, but I stopped using it 2 months ago and now my face is darker and I've got a lot of pimples. I'm really concerned about what's happening. What should I do?

I've been dealing with a fixed drug eruption for the past four years and have been seeing a skin specialist for treatment.
