I've been dealing with this really annoying itching issue lately. After I itch, these red spots about 2 mm in diameter pop up, and then they turn black. It's been going on for a while, and I've already got about 7 or 8 of these black spots in different places on my body. The itching just won't stop. Could you help me figure out what this might be and how I can treat it?

I'm really struggling with some serious itching around my groin, and it seems to get worse when things get wet down there. I've tried a bunch of creams, but the itching just keeps coming back, and every time I scratch, it ends up bruising and hurting even more. It's spreading, and now it's around my butt crack too, which is making me really nervous. Ive been using a hot air blower to soothe it, but I'm worried this could mess with my sperm count because of the heat. What should I do?

To treat this, I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to help clear the infection from within. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the itching persists or worsens, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've got this sudden blister on my waistline that showed up this afternoon, but there's no rash that I can see. I usually sweat a lot. Yesterday I was out in the sun for over eight hours. I'm curious about what's causing this blister. Could it be related to the sun exposure or maybe something else?

That could be folliculitis or pemphigous, visit dermatologist as soon as possible for evaluation and appropriate management.

So I totally forgot to keep my Daktacort cream in the fridge like it says I should, and it's been sitting out for about two months. I'm planning to use it now and remembered about the fridge thing. Is it still going to work, or did I mess it up by not refrigerating it right away?

use creams
