I've been using takfa forte ointment as recommended by my dermatologist for my dark lips every night, but I haven't noticed any improvement. In fact, I'm experiencing a strange sensation on my lips. Can you advise me on what might be happening?

I've been using Trichoton Forte and it initially helped with my hair fall, but lately, it seems to be back again. I've been dealing with really bad jock itch every summer and monsoon for the past 5 years. It's super annoying, and on top of that, I've noticed that I'm also losing some pubic hair. I'm wondering if there's any connection between this hair loss and maybe a fungal infection or something? I'm already using clotrimazole to try and handle the itch. Could that be linked somehow?

In addition to clotrimazole, you can also try using Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) twice a day for 2-4 weeks to treat the fungal infection effectively. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent further irritation.
