I've been waking up in the middle of the night, gasping for air with my heart racing like crazy. It's been happening often, like 3 or 4 times a night, but never during the day. I quit smoking about 5 days ago. I'm a 25-year-old female. Is this normal when you stop smoking, or could it be something else? What should I do?

View allI caught covid back on April 6th and ended up in the hospital for a couple of weeksspent about 4 days in the ICU with some oxygen support, steroids, and remdesivir. They let me go on April 22nd. But here's the thing, I just went to this lab for an MRI and a CT scan to check for any black fungal infection. There were covid patients around, and one went into the CT scan room right before me. I had to take off my N95 mask for the scan, and now I'm freaking out a bit about possibly getting re-infected. Should I be worried about this?

I've had this wet cough for about a month now, and it seems to get worse at night. I've tried a couple of different cough syrups, but they haven't really helped. Should I be worried? What else could be causing this, and what can I do to get some relief?
