I've been wondering if it's okay to take a bath an hour after eating a meal. Is that gap of one hour alright, or could it cause issues like problems with digestion?

View allI'm experiencing some burning sensations around my chest and it's been going on for about a year now. It comes and goes, but its mostly on my left side and sometimes it even extends to my left hand. I've had an endoscopy, echocardiogram, and X-ray, and everything showed up normal. My doctor mentioned it might just be in my head, but I still feel it almost every day. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Any ideas or suggestions?
drink warm water , stop spicy , do regular exercises, timely foood

I've been having loose motions since last night and I'm not sure what kind of medicine I should take. I've already been drinking lemon water regularly. Could you help me figure out what else might help?
You can take Redotil 100mg (rececadotril). Make sure to stay hydrated by continuing to drink plenty of fluids like lemon water.

I'm really worried because for the past 8 months I've had this burning feeling in my throat. It always feels tight, like something's stuck in there. It's pretty uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this, and should I be concerned? What could be causing these sensations?
Water in the ear can be uncomfortable. Since ear wax drops aren't providing relief, try: - Ear drying drops (e.g., Otoferm) to help evaporate water - Tilt your head to the side and gently pull on the outer ear to help water drain - Use a warm compress or dry towel to help relieve pain and fullness If symptoms persist or worsen, consult an ENT specialist to rule out: - Ear infection - Eardrum damage - Blockage Avoid using cotton swabs (Q-tips) to avoid pushing water further into the ear.
