I've completely lost the sense of taste in my mouth and tongue. No matter what I eat, I can't feel any flavors or even temperatures, like hotness or coldness. It's really concerning and uncomfortable. Do you have any advice or home remedies that might help with this?

I'm dealing with some vertigo and wondering if the medication Stemetil MD 5mg is effective for that. Can you explain what this medicine is used for and how it might help me with vertigo? I'm feeling a bit concerned and would really appreciate any advice you can provide.

Stemetil MD (5mg) contains Prochlorperazine, an antihistamine and antiemetic medication, which is often used to treat vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and dizziness associated with balance disorders, motion sickness, and migraines. For vertigo, Stemetil MD can help alleviate symptoms such as spinning, dizziness, and nausea

I've had this constant heaviness in my head since July 2013 and it's really affecting my balance when I'm walking or standing. It feels like there's pressure moving around in my head all the time. When it first started, I was feeling dizzy constantly and I couldn't hear properly for like ten days. This all happened after I experienced some dizziness and I was on Mala D pills for about seven to eight months because of my PCOD. Back then, I even felt balance problems while standing during my PCOD treatment. I've tried anxiety meds but they didn't help for long. I'm not sure what's going on but I've been on different medications since, and nothing has worked. Right now, there's constant pressure around my head, I'm always tired and dizzy, and my energy is super low. I can't stand still without feeling this heaviness moving around. It's so frustrating and I can't really describe how weird it makes me feel. Plus, I don't get my periods without medicine... because of PCOD. Could you please help me figure out what's happening?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms related to vestibular migraine, which can cause a variety of symptoms including dizziness, imbalance, and pressure in the head. The history of giddiness, balance problems, and ongoing symptoms like tiredness, dizziness, and low energy are suggestive of this condition. To help manage these symptoms, you can try taking preventive medications such as Amitriptyline

I've been working in a pharmaceutical industry for 29 years, and recently, due to my morning shifts, I'm only getting about 5-6 hours of sleep. Last night, out of nowhere, I fainted. It all started with feeling lightheaded, stiff, and shaky, my eyes even rolled up, and I was sweating a lot. I called my husband just before I lost consciousness, and I don't remember anything for a few seconds. He kind of shook me, and everything felt like it was spinning. After a bit, I got stable and then ended up puking everything out. This whole thing has me really worried. Could this be something serious?
