I'm really concerned because I've been experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding for the past 10 days. I tried taking Trenaxa 500mg, but it hasn't helped. I also have a history of PCOD. What should I do about this?

Menorrhagia is the medical term for menstrual periods with abnormally heavy or prolonged bleeding....possible causes are polyps, fibroids,ovarian dysfunction,. I'm really worried because I had sex a couple of weeks ago and now I'm experiencing these sharp abdominal pains. Could this be related? Should I be concerned or do something specific about it?
