I've got a 5.5mm stone in my ureter and I'm really not sure what to do. I'm taking Himalaya Cystone three times a day and also Ridstone tablets, but the pain can be pretty intense at times. Can you suggest the best course of action? I've heard a lot about you and really hope you can help.
