I've got this black spot on my leg, and I'm really not sure what to do about it. Any ideas on how I can get rid of it? What's the best solution for something like this?

This could be due to various reasons such as skin pigmentation or a mole. Without a physical examination, it is difficult to give a precise diagnosis. However, if it is a pigmentation issue, he can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. Apply a thin layer on the affected area once daily. If it is a mole or concerning lesion, he should consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and possible removal.

View allI'm using minoxidil once a day for my hair and I'm wondering how often I should be shampooing. Also, could you suggest which type of shampoo would be best to use with this treatment?
If you are using minoxidil once a day daily, it is recommended to shampoo your hair at least 2-3 times a week. You can use a mild shampoo that is gentle on your scalp and hair, such as Nizoral shampoo. Make sure to follow the instructions on the shampoo bottle for best results.

I've been using HH Zole cream on my face for a couple of years now, like every week on the 7th day, just as a regular face cream. Initially, I got it to treat an itching problem, which cleared up, but I kept using it. Could this be harmful if I continue this way? Is there something I should be worried about?
