I'm wondering if regular exercise might help with the occasional pain and discomfort I still feel in my lungs after finishing my pulmonary TB treatment. My sputum test came back negative, and the test was done during a bronchoscopy. Do you think there's any specific exercise that would be beneficial? I'm really hoping to avoid going back on medication. My treatment wrapped up in July 2021.

I'm having trouble breathing properly and there's always this wheezing in my chest. When I walk, it's hard to catch my breath, and I'm also coughing a lot. I've tried taking azithromycin 500 once and using Dilosyn syrup. Can you suggest something for this constant wheezing? Are there any home remedies that might help? It's really frustrating.
