I've noticed these pearly penile papules on my penis for about two months now and I'm really concerned. Whats the best treatment for this?
They are a normal anatomical variation and not a disease or sexually transmitted infection (STI). PPP is harmless, does not require treatment, and does not cause any long-term health issues. However, if they bother you cosmetically or cause psychological distress, there are treatment options available.
