I'm feeling this weird vacuum sensation in my left ear, and it's like my hearing's kinda off on that side. I tried using an earbud to see if there's anything blocking it, but there was nothing. I even put some warm oil in there, hoping it would help, but it's still not getting better. What could be going on?
