I've got this corn on the bottom of my foot that's causing me quite a bit of pain, especially when I walk. I even tried using corn caps, but they didn't really work. It's getting really frustrating. Do you have any advice on what I should do next?

Sounds like you are dealing with a persistent corn. Corns can be quite painful, especially if left untreated here's what you can do Review the use of corn caps, Soak and exfoliate with warm water for 10-15 mins daily, Pain relief by using cushioned pads or gel insoles to reduce pressure on corn when walking. I'm 26 and I've noticed that my hairline is receding, especially around my temples. I saw a dermatologist and they recommended I use Hair Joy 5 Minoxidil foam. I've started using it, but I'm experiencing a rapid heartbeat and I'm getting anxious about possibly having chest pain. I really want to keep using the minoxidil, but the side effects, especially the palpitations, are really worrying me. What should I do?
If you are experiencing rapid heartbeats and are worried about chest pain, you should discuss this with your dermatologist. They may recommend adjusting the dosage or trying a different formulation of minoxidil. In the meantime, you can consider using a different hair growth product such as "Rogaine" foam which contains minoxidil and is known to have fewer side effects. The recommended dosage for Rogaine foam is usually 1g applied to the affected area twice daily. Remember to always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

I'm dealing with a receding hairline and was advised to take Saw Palmetto with beta Sitosterol. I've heard that beta Sitosterol might cause sexual side effects, like loss of libido or erectile dysfunction. Is that true? And if it does cause these issues, will they go away once I stop taking the medication?
Beta sitosterol is a plant sterol that is commonly found in saw palmetto extract. While rare, some individuals may experience sexual side effects such as loss of libido or erectile dysfunction while taking beta sitosterol. If you are experiencing these side effects, it is advisable to consult with your healthcare provider. They may recommend adjusting the dosage or discontinuing the medication. In most cases, once the medication is stopped, the sexual problems should resolve.
