I've got a cyst in my prostate that's filled with clear fluid, and it's about 7cc in volume. I'm wondering if there's a way for it to go away with medication or if the only option is to have it removed. I'm also having trouble emptying my bladder completely in one go, but thankfully there's no pain. Can you give me some advice on what I should do next?

A clear fluid cyst in the prostate may not always require treatment if it is not causing any symptoms. However, if you are experiencing difficulty emptying your bladder, it is important to address this issue. Medications such as alpha-blockers like Tamsulosin can help relax the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate. Additionally, antibiotics may be prescribed if there is an infection present. If the cyst is causing significant symptoms and does not improve with medication, surgical removal of the cyst may be considered. It is best to consult with a urologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

I'm a bit worried because my sperm doesn't seem to shoot out like I thought it should. Is this a problem I should be concerned about? Also, how many times is it normal to ejaculate in one night?

I think it is normal that your sperm doesnt shoot out. In my experience the volume and power of ejaculation varies from orgasm to orgasm.Masturbation habit is a safe and healthy sexual practice before marriage. But masturbation not more than twice a week is ideal.

I've been having this dull burning feeling at the top of my penis after I pee and I'm sure it's not an STD since I've never been married or had sex. There's also a slight burning in the hairy area above my penis on the outside. Do you have any idea what this could be or how I can get rid of it? I've been taking homeopathic medicine for internal hemorrhoidscould that be causing the problem?

The dull burning sensation youre experiencing could be due to mild irritation or an inflammation in the area, possibly from sweating or friction. Its good that you're being cautious, but homeopathy for hemorrhoids shouldnt affect this. Try to keep the area clean and dry, avoid tight clothing, and use a soothing cream like aloe vera. If it persists or worsens, a doctors consultation would be helpful.

I'm 20 and I've been hitting the gym regularly, but there's something that's been bothering menightfall with wet dreams, and it's happening 5 to 6 times a month. Could you let me know if this might affect my gym workouts and what I can do to manage or reduce it? I want to stay focused on my goals, so any solutions you could share would be really helpful.

Nightfall with wet dreams is a common issue among young adults. To address this, you can try medications like Tab. Himalaya Confido 1 tablet twice daily for 1 month. Additionally, practicing good sleep hygiene, reducing stress, and avoiding stimulating activities before bedtime may also help reduce the frequency of nightfall. As for its effect on your gym workout, nightfall does not directly impact physical performance or muscle growth. However, ensuring you get adequate rest and recovery is essential for optimal gym performance.
