I've got a few concerns about my liver tests. My SGOT is 66 and SGPT is 106. I'm a female and don't really have any other liver-related symptoms aside from some acidity troubles. My globulin level is at 4 and the albumin-globulin ratio is 1.0. Do you think I should get more tests done, or is there anything specific I should be worried about?

I noticed this morning that there was pure red blood in my stool, but I didn't experience any pain. I'm really concerned about what this might mean. Is it something serious that I should be worried about?

Seeing bright red blood in your stool without pain could indicate conditions like hemorrhoids, an anal fissure, or less commonly, a more serious issue like a rectal polyp. While it may not always be serious, its important to consult a doctor to identify the cause and rule out anything significant.

I've been having some concerns lately about my digestion. Over the past few days, I've noticed undigested food in my stoolthings like brown rice, pineapples, and papayas. Along with that, I've been dealing with mild abdominal cramps and somewhat solid stools. It's frustrating because I often feel the urge to go, but then nothing really happens. Sometimes, I even see mucus and fat in there too. Could this be IBS? I'm also wondering if it's necessary to get a colonoscopy or endoscopy at my ageI'm 28 and physically active. There's no blood in my stool, but I'm worried about these other symptoms. What do you think?

There could be IBS or any other hepatic conditions, needs evaluation, visit Gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm experiencing pain when I touch the area under my ribs near my chest, and it's been going on for about a month now. What could this be? Is there any medication or home remedies you recommend? My chest X-ray came back clear, so should I be considering any other tests? Let me know your thoughts, please.
