I've got milia under my eyes and I'm really curious if there's a way to treat them permanently. Also, what kind of precautions can I take to stop them from coming back once they're treated? I'm just looking for some advice to better understand my options.

Yes, milia can be treated permanently with professional extraction or other treatments. To prevent recurrence:
- Maintain good skincare habits.
- Use sunscreen daily.
- Avoid heavy skincare products.
- Keep hands away from the area.
- Exfoliate regularly.
For milia under the eyes, consider:
- Consulting a dermatologist for professional extraction.
- Using eye creams with retinol or salicylic acid.
- Gently exfoliating the area with a chemical exfoliant.

View allI'm really struggling with tinea corporis for the past year. I've tried lots of different medicines, and sometimes they help for a little while, but then the problem just comes right back. I'm getting frustrated and worried. Do you have any advice on what I can do to finally get rid of this for good?
To address this, I recommend trying a combination antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole 1% and Betamethasone 0.05%. Apply a thin layer of this cream to the affected area twice daily for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take oral antifungal medication like Terbinafine 250mg once daily for 2-4 weeks to help clear the infection from within. Remember to maintain good hygiene practices and avoid sharing personal items to prevent reinfection.

I'm trying to figure out what's more effective, the proanagen solution or the tablet. I've been using the solution for over a month now, but honestly, it's starting to feel a bit tedious. Does one have a quicker or better result than the other? Would love to know your thoughts on this.
Both are equally effective. And also it depends on the grade of hair loss.

I'm really confused and worried right now. I've got this rash spreading all over my neck, hands, and entire face, and I'm not sure if it's a heat rash or chicken pox. It's a total mess, and I don't know what I should do next. Any advice on how I can figure this out?
It's heat rash..
