I've been really anxious about my HIV status. It's been a year since exposure, and I'm wondering, is a test conclusive after this long? I'm feeling really stressed and could use some guidance. Can you help me understand this better?

View allI've recently noticed some changes around the head of my penis. Last month, I had a shiny rash that went away on its own, but the head stayed red. There are also these pink papules on the penis ring, and my foreskin has been really sticky with some white stuff inside. I wash with soap every day, but now the skin on the head has become erosive and starts peeling. Im also using coconut oil, but now even the tip is peeling. What's strange is that it doesn't itch or hurt, and theres no sore or lesion. What could be going on?
Based on your symptoms, it's possible that you experienced a self-limiting condition, such as: 1. Irritant contact dermatitis (reaction to soap) 2. Balanitis (inflammation of the penis head) 3. Posthitis (inflammation of the foreskin) To promote healing and prevent future occurrences: 1. Discontinue using harsh soaps; switch to gentle, fragrance-free cleansers. 2. Apply coconut oil or a topical emollient to soothe the skin. 3. Avoid excessive washing or rubbing. 4. Consider consulting a dermatologist or urologist for proper evaluation and guidance. In the meantime, maintain good genital hygiene: 1. Clean the area with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser. 2. Pat dry; avoid rubbing. 3. Apply coconut oil or a topical emollient to keep the skin moisturized.

I'm dealing with a patchy and uneven beard with low density. My sideburns are also sparse and not very thick. Can you give me some advice on how to stimulate facial hair growth for a thicker, denser, and more even beard?
To stimulate facial hair growth and achieve a thicker, denser, and more even beard, you can consider using minoxidil solution. Apply 1ml of minoxidil solution twice daily directly to the areas where you want to promote hair growth. Make sure to wash your face before applying and allow it to fully dry before applying any other products. Consistent use over several months may help improve the density and thickness of your beard.

I've been dealing with some really slow-healing wounds from a minor bike accident recently. I hurt my fingers, palm, and knee trying to save a dog on the road. I've already taken a tetanus shot and completed a 5-day course of amoxicillin. I've also been dressing my wounds with betadine solution and now switched to using soframycin under the bandages. But it seems like the wounds arent healing as quickly as I'd hoped. Any advice on what I might be doing wrong or any suggestions to speed up the healing process?
If the wounds are not infected you can try placentrex of megaheal for a faster result and consume protien rich diet
